Promotion: Rinnai x Plumbing Plus Sales Incentive – Las Vegas Trip 2027

1. Promotion Rinnai x Plumbing Plus Sales Incentive – Las Vegas Trip 2027.

2. The Promoter The "Promoter" is Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 74 005 138 769), 88 Mills Road, Braeside Victoria 3195.

3. Promotion Type Sales incentive trip to Las Vegas. The incentive is for all Plumbing Plus Members operating within Australia. It is designed to increase engagement with the Rinnai brand and reward top performers.

4. Promotional Period

• Commences: 12:00am (AEST) 1 July 2026
• Concludes: 11:59pm (AEST) 31 December 2026

Participating Members: All Members within the Plumbing Plus Australia network are deemed Participating Members in this Promotion ("Participating Member").

Opting Out: Members who do not wish to participate in the Promotion must contact Plumbing Plus Support Office via ben.thompson@plumbingplus.com.au and confirm they do not wish to participate. These details will then be passed on to the Promoter.

5. Eligible Participants a) Participation in this Promotion is open to Plumbing Plus Members who:

i. are aged 21 years or older;

ii. are current Plumbing Plus Members operating within Australia;

iii. are an Australian resident;

iv. have not "opted out" of the Promotion ("Eligible Participants").

The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Participant in its absolute discretion.

6. How to Participate a) The top eight (8) Eligible Participants by sales revenue that achieve a minimum of 15% sales growth during the Promotional Period (1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026), compared with the sales data from the same period in 2025, will be invited to attend the trip.

b) Two (2) additional Eligible Participants who meet the following criteria:

i. a minimum of 15% sales growth during the Promotional Period compared with the sales data from the same period in 2025; and

ii. a minimum of $200,000 in sales during the Promotional Period

will be allocated a number at the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter and Plumbing Plus will enter the numbers of all Eligible Participants who have met the criteria into a random number generator. If an Eligible Participant's number is drawn, they will be invited to attend the trip.

In the event that the above listed criteria are not met by an Eligible Participant (either a top 8 Eligible Participant or one of the 2 additional Eligible Participants), the Eligible Participant who is next closest to reaching the criteria threshold in each Eligible Participant category will then be offered a place on the trip.

All Eligible Participants who are invited to attend the trip can invite one (1) customer to attend the trip with them. The customer must be approved by the Promoter and Plumbing Plus.

All winners will be selected following verification of financial records by both the Promoter and Plumbing Plus.

7. Prize Pool There is a total of 20 places to be won on this trip during this Promotion, comprised of:

• 8 Eligible Participants achieving a minimum of 15% sales growth (Top 8 Winner)
• 2 additional Eligible Participants achieving a minimum of 15% sales growth and a minimum of $200,000 in sales (Wild Card Winner)
• 10 customers as chosen by each Top 8 and Wild Card winner invited on the trip

8. Validation and Notification

• The Promoter and Plumbing Plus will contact the winners via phone and email by 11:00am (AEST) Wednesday 6 January 2027.
• Winners must confirm whether they wish to accept the prize and nominate their chosen customer to attend the trip by 5:00pm (AEST) Friday 8 January 2027.
• The Promoter and Plumbing Plus will notify the winner by 5:00pm (AEST) Tuesday 12 January 2027 whether the nominated customer has been approved to attend the trip.
• All participants attending the trip must be registered for the trip by 15 January 2027.
• If a Top 8 Winner is unable or unwilling to attend the trip, a new winner will be nominated — determined by the Eligible Participant who was next to achieve the required 15% sales growth during the Promotional Period.
• If a Wild Card Winner is unable or unwilling to attend the trip, a new winner will be nominated by the Promoter, who will conduct a redraw of all remaining numbers previously allocated to Eligible Participants who meet the criteria outlined in clause 6.
• No cancellations are accepted once confirmation of attendance has been received by the Promoter's Event Agency.

9. Required Verification / Proof of Purchase Invitations to the trip will only be extended to Eligible Participants whose financial trading accounts are compliant with the Promoter's credit terms and conditions and applicable policies.

If requested by the Promoter or Plumbing Plus, Eligible Participants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter/Plumbing Plus (at its absolute discretion), appropriate photo identification or other documentation to verify identity, age, eligibility to participate in the Promotion, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

a) If the items required by the Promoter/Plumbing Plus are not received, or a participant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter/Plumbing Plus within the required time period, the claim(s) submitted by the participant may be deemed invalid.

b) Rewards will only be awarded following satisfaction of all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter/Plumbing Plus. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Participant to provide the required information.

10. Rewards The trip commences on 25 February 2027 and concludes 4 March 2027. The trip includes:

• Return Economy Flights from Australia to Las Vegas
• 5 Nights' Accommodation in Las Vegas
• Tickets to the NRL games in Las Vegas on Saturday 27 February 2027
• Group activities and dinners as nominated by the Promoter

The final itinerary with a full list of inclusions will be provided to the winners at the end of the Promotional Period. Any items including, but not limited to, flight changes, hotel upgrades, hotel incidentals, and purchases of a personal nature, and other items or expenses not covered in the itinerary, will be at the winner's expense.

11. Travel Documentation Eligible Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, and any requisite travel visas, valid driver's licence, vaccinations, and travel documentation where required.

12. Promoter's Decision The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who participates in the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. No Cash Outs No "cash outs" are offered by the Promoter for any qualified Eligible Participants' non-registrations.

14. Not Valid with Other Offers This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

15. Cancellation / Rescheduling Eligible Participants acknowledge that the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for such cancellations. The winner also acknowledges that participation in any event may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a third party. Winners must become acquainted with any additional terms and conditions of participation prior to participation in any event.

16. Membership Requirement All Eligible Participants must be a current Plumbing Plus Member for the duration of the Promotional Period to be eligible to attend the trip.

17. Extension of Promotion The Promotion may be extended at the Promoter's absolute discretion, subject to the written directions of any regulatory authority.

18. One Entry per Person Eligible Participants can only participate in the Promotion in their own name. Eligible Participants who enter using multiple aliases (e.g. multiple names, addresses and/or email addresses) will be disqualified and will forfeit the right to any reward.

19. Fraudulent Claims If the Promoter learns that a claim has been submitted by anyone other than an Eligible Participant, and the reward has already been supplied, the Promoter may request payment from that individual to cover the cost of the reward given.

20. Incomplete or Incorrect Claims Incomplete, indecipherable, or incorrect claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible Participants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal details are provided, and for notifying the Promoter and Plumbing Plus of any updated details. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Eligible Participant fail to receive their reward because of a failure to notify the Promoter or Plumbing Plus of correct or changed details, or for providing invalid information.

21. Timing of Claims Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database, not the time of transmission by the claimant.

22. Undelivered Emails The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Participant's spam filters or email settings.

23. Loss or Damage of Reward The Promoter shall not be liable for a reward being lost, deleted, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before it reaches an Eligible Participant, or after it has been released to an Eligible Participant.

24. Access Costs Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion or reward provider's website, or associated with redeeming a reward, are the Eligible Participant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used.

25. Invalid Claims The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any claim invalid if the Participant:

a) disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses, or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another participant or potential participant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion;

b) submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or tampers with the claim process; or

c) engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or damaging to the Promoter's goodwill or reputation.

26. Interference with the Promotion If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate, subject to any directions from a relevant authority.

27. Legal Documentation As a condition of claiming a reward, the Eligible Participant may be required (at the Promoter's/Plumbing Plus's discretion) to sign legal documentation in the form required by the Promoter, Plumbing Plus, and/or reward suppliers, in their absolute discretion.

28. Reward Conditions Rewards must be taken as offered and may not be varied. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a reward is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another reward of equal or greater value, subject to the approval of any relevant authority.

29. Limitation of Liability Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) — whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential — arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to:

a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;

c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

e) any tax liability/implications incurred by a claimant; or

f) use of a reward.

30. Release of Associated Parties The:

a) Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, Plumbing Plus, and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and

b) the employees, agents, directors, and contractors of all entities referred to in this clause,

shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, or consequential loss) incurred, suffered, or sustained by any person or entity in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or acceptance of a reward — except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

31. Publicity Eligible Participants agree, at the Promoter's/Plumbing Plus's request, to participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to participation in the Promotion, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter/Plumbing Plus using their name and image in any future promotional material.

32. Caution Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to law enforcement authorities and/or to seek damages or other civil remedies as the Promoter may determine, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Information

33. Ownership of Claims Immediately upon submission by an Eligible Participant, their claim becomes the property of the Promoter and Plumbing Plus.

34. Use of Personal Information All information Eligible Participants provide ("Personal Information") will be used by the Promoter/Plumbing Plus for the purpose of administering this Promotion and awarding the rewards.

35. Disclosure of Personal Information The Promoter and Plumbing Plus may disclose Eligible Participants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion, and as required, to Australian and international regulatory authorities.

38. Privacy Policy Contents The above Privacy Policies contain information on:

a) how individuals may access the Personal Information held by the Promoter/Plumbing Plus and seek correction of such information; and

b) how individuals may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), or a privacy policy that binds the Promoter and Plumbing Plus, and how the Promoter and Plumbing Plus will deal with such a complaint.

If an individual has any questions regarding their privacy, they should contact the Promoter/Plumbing Plus using the contact details contained in the Privacy Policies.

39. Privacy Act Compliance The Promoter and Plumbing Plus are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

40. Acceptance of Terms Each Eligible Participant is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these Terms and Conditions at the time of participation. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter's decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Eligible Participant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
